Hosh is a value-added supplier of fruit and vegetable juice concentrates and purees to global CPG companies, operating a similar business model to Brothers’ B2B fruit ingredients division.

Position Summary:

Provide Supply Chain and Logistics support to for all Brothers International Food, LLC products. Manage the customs and compliance process to ensure the timely importation of products, including completion of Importer Security Filing (ISF), customs entry, assignment of Harmonized Tariff System (HTS) codes, and audit/payment of all associated duties, fees and port charges. Assist Shared Logistics Services team in tendering freight, tracking/expediting inbound shipments, document review and managing all exams by U.S. government agencies.

Essential Functions:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist VP of Ingredient Division with day-to-day activities related to sales.

  • Prepare, send, and follow up on offers to customers.

  • Engage customers through calls, emails, and visits.

  • Keep track of contracts and shipments to customers.

  • Work with ERP system to enter and organize sales data.

  • Available for travel to visit customers and attend trade shows.

  • Assist with company event planning and celebratory events.

  • Preparing shipping of labels and ordering FedEx and UPS pickups and deliveries

  • Answer central telephone system and direct calls in a professional and courteous manner.

  • First point of contact, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries and refers, when

    necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department.

  • Maintain office supply inventory.

  • Managing and ordering of kitchen supplies

  • Assist with coordinating businesses lunches and other related duties.

 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

      • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
      • Must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for customer service and ethical conduct.
      • Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information.
      • Must have strong skills in organization and planning, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment and problem solving.
      • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast growth environment.
      • Exhibit extraordinary flexibility and willingness to work closely with the sales management team.
      • Prior administrative office experience
